Terms & Conditions:-

• Check in time - 12 Noon.
• Check out time - 10 AM.
• Bookings are confirmed only after a minimum payment of 50% of the total room tariff for the duration of stay. One night stays are confirmed after a 100% advance only.
• Remainder payment to be made at the time of check- in.
• Confirmed dates / days may be cancelled, altered or cut short only if intimation in writing reaches us 25 days prior to the check in date.
• 100% refund will be issued if the cancellation is done 25 days prior to the check in date.
• 50% refund will be issued if the cancellation is affected between 7 & 25 days prior to the check in date.
• No refund will be issued if the cancellation is affected 7 days prior to the check in date.
• In case of cancellation, the amount will be refunded to the same source as the initial payment.
• Cancellation due to bad weather or other force majeure with full refund is only accepted if the state borders are closed or if there is no way to have access to the property. On all other circumstances, above cancellation charges will be applied.
